With support and leadership from the Director of Advancement, the Coordinator executes the gift entry functions, ensuring that philanthropic gifts reflect the benefactor's intentions. The Coordinator ensures that all gifts are processed and acknowledged in an accurate and timely manner, accurate financial reports are generated, gift policies conform to all regulatory policies and prospect research is performed in a succinct, confidential, and appropriate manner. The Coordinator also plans and implements appropriate stewardship activities, events and outreach correspondence that provide opportunities for benefactors to deepen their relationships with the organization.
