This entry-level, contact center role, is responsible for recruiting current and past donors by creating an exceptional donor experience through assigned outbound/inbound call activity for any of our sites as well as other phone-related tasks, such as replying to donor texts. Under the supervision of department leadership, the Facilities Technician II role is responsible for the general maintenance of Versiti equipment, building and grounds. Ensuring that the facilities and equipment are clean, well-functioning and orderly. This position is expected to fulfill any service request in a timely manner acting independently to analyze problems and implement solutions while actively working with the Facilities team and internal customers Facilities Technician II will be expected to provide insight into projects as the subject matter expert and operate as the team project manager when assigned.

Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, performs laboratory assays and complex experiments to elucidate novel research questions.

Under supervision by department leadership, performs CLIA regulated and clinical contract research testing. Interacts with customers, providing a high level of customer service to resolve customer concerns about sample acceptability and results. Supports preparation of laboratory reagents and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment. Supports the training of junior and peer staff members. Performs higher level interpretation of testing results and test panels.
