Compensation
The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance. Specific salary and benefits information is shared at the time of the phone screening based on your location and qualifications.

• Coach and develop recruiters with clear expectations, psychological safety, meaningful feedback, and sustainable performance.
• Build capability through fair, consistent standards aligned with the TA career ladder and team metrics.
• Own recruiting operations and compliance within assigned scope, reinforcing standards for intake, communication, documentation, and candidate experience.
• Drive effective adoption of ATS, CRM, and TA systems while reducing unnecessary friction.
• Partner with TA project and program leaders to implement and sustain systems, processes, and enterprise programs.

• Champion transparent, respectful recruiting practices across the candidate lifecycle.
• Help recruiters balance efficiency with human connection, sound judgment, empathy, and ethical decision-making.

• Proactively identify delivery risk, prioritize competing needs, and keep quality and sustainability in view.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring and service line leaders.
• Set clear expectations and reinforce shared accountability for recruiting outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, sound judgement, customer focus, organization, analysis, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated people leadership grounded in empathy, fairness, and compliance
• Strong understanding of recruiting principles, compensation, HRIS, operations, and compliance
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, think critically, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality
• 5 years of people leadership experience
• Project management, system integration, or implementation experience
• Experience leading recruiting operations in a matrixed environment
• Experience in healthcare, a highly regulated organization, or a related field
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS certification
• Experience with iCIMS, Ceridian, CRM, candidate assessment, or related TA technology
