Under the direction of the department leader, assists the department through various clerical functions and special projects.

Works with internal communications team and internal partners to write, edit, proofread and produce a variety of internal communications for several channels, including company emails, news articles and other content for intranet SharePoint site, and visual communications for digital board signage. Also supports the creation of PowerPoint presentations and various communication tools in Canva. - Drafts strategic communications plans for HR Communications (Total Rewards, Wellness, Talent Development, etc.) to meet their identified goals and objectives, and aligned with our internal employee branding. - Assists in brainstorming and implementing tactics in support of communication strategies relating to organizational and business change initiatives, as well as employee and patient story programs. - Provides administrative support to the department including document management, data entry and handling requests from internal partners - Helps identify opportunities for process efficiency and collaborate within the Communications team as necessary - Assists with the analysis and resolution of department issues and makes recommendations, as appropriate. - Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification - Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements - Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures
