As the Manager, Mobile Recruitment Strategy at Versiti, you will design, develop, and integrate donor acquisition programs and campaigns that state-level account representatives and regional managers will use to foster mobile drive success. Your work will directly influence the growth and sustainability of Versiti's mobile donor recruitment efforts, particularly within SMERF (social/community, military, education, religious, fraternal) and hospital/healthcare sectors. This role demands a high-energy, strategic, and execution-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will spearhead initiatives that increase mobile donor acquisition, convert mobile donors to center donors, re-engage lapsed mobile donors, and optimize mobile drive performance—especially for accounts that have previously declined participation. You will drive influence across state-level donor recruitment teams with vision, creativity, and tactical expertise, ensuring that every mobile drive campaign is both compelling and results-driven. This is a strategic yet highly tactical role—perfect for a creative, data-driven marketer who knows how to design and execute multi-channel donor recruitment campaigns that drive measurable impact.
Compensation
The target salary for this position is $85,815 annually.
The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance.
