Role Overview: The Manager of Talent Acquisition will act as a subject matter expert for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, specializing in advanced recruiting methods, system optimization, and operational efficiency. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Talent Acquisition staff, particularly in managing requisitions and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities: • Expertise and Leadership: Provide advanced knowledge and guidance on recruiting methods and system optimization to the TA team. • Team Management: Oversee the Talent Acquisition staff, ensuring effective requisition management and strong relationships with hiring managers. • Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of service throughout the recruitment process, focusing on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. • Communication: Maintain proactive and timely communication regarding the status of recruitment efforts. • Consultative Direction: Offer consultative advice and industry expertise to hiring leaders, serving as the go-to expert in talent acquisition.
